Plant-based Friday Video. # Plant-based Friday – Green Smoothie. Given all of the delicious treats that might be consumed this week, I thought I’d send over one of my favorite rebalancing green smoothies. I pretty much start every single morning with a green smoothie and find that it helps with blood sugar balance, eliminates cravings, and it’s a great way to pack a lot of nutrition into one meal. It’s the perfect breakfast before you head to all of those cookouts.
